When do orders close?

Orders close every Sunday at 6:00 PM for the following week's delivery. We cook and deliver on Monday and Tuesday only.
What is the minimum order?

The minimum order is 3 meals per order. You can mix and match across any of our dishes.
How do I confirm my order?

After submitting your order, transfer payment to Maybank 114785110950 (Pan Eu Jun) and DM your payment screenshot to @offgrid.meals on Instagram. Once we receive your payment, your order is confirmed.
Is the food freshly cooked?

Yes — always. Every meal is cooked fresh on the same day it is delivered. We do not freeze, reheat or pre-cook in advance. What you receive was made that morning.
Do you use seed oils?

Never. OG Meal Prep is 100% seed oil-free. We cook exclusively with clean oils. No canola, no sunflower, no vegetable oil — ever.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?

All allergen information is clearly labelled on each dish. If you have specific dietary requirements beyond what is listed, please reach out to us directly on Instagram at @offgrid.meals before placing your order.
What areas do you deliver to?

We currently deliver within Kuala Lumpur. A delivery fee of RM10 applies. Self-collection is also available at no charge.
What is a Family Pack?

A Family Pack gives you 4 portions of the same dish at a bundled price. It is ideal for families or meal prepping for the week. Simply tick the Family Pack checkbox on the dish you want.
When will the menu change?

A new menu drops every Tuesday evening on our Instagram @offgrid.meals. We rotate dishes regularly to keep things exciting and seasonal.
