Ordering
How do I place an order?

Browse the menu on our order page, select your desired quantity for each dish, fill in your personal details and hit Submit. Your email app will open with your full order pre-filled — simply hit Send. Then transfer payment and DM your receipt screenshot to @offgrid.meals on Instagram to confirm.
What is the minimum order?

A minimum of 3 meals per order is required. You can mix and match any combination of dishes to reach the minimum.
Orders close every Sunday at 6:00 PM. All orders must be submitted and paid before this deadline to be included in that week's cook. Late orders will be scheduled for the following week.
Can I change or cancel my order after submitting?

Please DM us on @offgrid.meals as soon as possible if you need to make changes. We will do our best to accommodate you before the Sunday 6:00 PM deadline. Changes or cancellations after the deadline cannot be guaranteed.
What is the Family Pack?

The Family Pack gives you 4 portions of your chosen dish at a bundled price — perfect for the whole table. Simply tick the Family Pack checkbox on the menu card when placing your order.
Payment
Bank transfer to Maybank 114785110950 (Pan Eu Jun). After transferring, DM your payment screenshot to @offgrid.meals on Instagram. Your order is confirmed once we receive your screenshot.
When will I receive my receipt?

Once your payment is confirmed, we will send a receipt to your email address. Please allow up to a few hours on weekends.
You are most welcome to — and it means the world to us! Simply tick the optional tip checkbox on the order form and choose 10%, 15%, 20%, or enter your own amount. Thank you sincerely.
Delivery
We cook and deliver every Monday and Tuesday. You will select your preferred delivery day when placing your order.
We currently deliver within Kuala Lumpur. A delivery fee of RM10 applies. Self-collection is also available — please select your preference when ordering.
What time will my order arrive?

We will be in touch via Instagram DM with your estimated delivery time closer to your delivery day. If you have specific time preferences, please let us know when ordering.
Food & Allergens
Is your food freshly cooked?

Absolutely. Every meal is freshly cooked on the day of delivery. We do not freeze, reheat or pre-make our food. What you receive was cooked that morning.
Never. OG Meal Prep is 100% seed oil-free. We cook exclusively with clean oils. No canola, no sunflower, no vegetable oil — ever.
Our Soy & Ginger Glazed Salmon and Cajun Chicken Breast are Gluten Free. The Korean Soy Garlic Chicken Meatball contains Gluten due to panko breadcrumbs used in the meatball mixture. This is clearly labelled on the menu.
